** Shares of engineering company Vishnu Prakash R Punglia
 VISH.NS  rise 9.5% to 335.35 rupees, set for their best day in
about a month and half
    ** Company gets order worth 1.03 billion rupees ($12.2
million) from North Western Railway Ajmer division for
construction of bridges
    ** More than 7.7 mln shares change hands, over six times the
30-day avg, marking the busiest session since Oct. 18
    ** Stock up ~55% so far this year vs an ~88% rise in peer
