RS Group plc announces that Simon Pryce, Chief Executive Officer, has been
appointed as independent non-executive director of Smiths Group plc, a listed
company on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 1 February 2025.
Simon will also be a member of the Audit & Risk Committee.

 

This announcement is being made pursuant to 6.4.9 of the Listing Rules
