Exercise of Options / Director's shareholding

 

The Company announces that options over 193,615 existing shares in the Company
held in the Company's Employee Benefit Trust have been exercised pursuant to
the RTC Group plc Company Share Option Plans. The details of these are set out
below:

The total number of shares now held by LGL Trustees Limited in its capacity as
