Notification of contract wins

RTC Group Plc (AIM: RTC.L) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned
subsidiary, Ganymede Solutions Limited ("Ganymede"), has been awarded new and
extended contracts with major UK infrastructure and energy clients, further
strengthening the Group's position as a key delivery partner in the upgrade
and maintenance of critical national infrastructure; and consistent with the
Group's key strategy of developing and retaining longer term earnings streams.

1. Southern Renewals Enterprise ("SRE") 8 Year Labour Supply Contract

Ganymede has been awarded a long-term contract to supply safety critical and
contingent labour resources to the Southern Renewals Enterprise.

The SRE is a 10-year, £9 billion collaborative delivery model, established in
April 2024, focused on infrastructure upgrades across Network Rail's Southern
region including Kent, Sussex and Wessex. SRE brings together Network Rail and
key partners VolkerFitzpatrick, Octavius, AtkinsRéalis, and VolkerRail to
drive enhanced efficiencies in multi-disciplinary renewals through to 2034.

Under this award, Ganymede will support the SRE by providing supply of safety
critical personnel and contingent labour resources throughout the term of the
contract.

2. E.ON Smart Meter Engineers Contract Extension

Ganymede has secured a 12-month extension to its existing contract with E.ON,
under which Ganymede continues to supply smart meter engineers to support
E.ON's national energy metering operations.

This contract award and extension further underline ongoing confidence from
major UK infrastructure and energy clients in Ganymede's capabilities to
deliver highly skilled technical, safety critical and contingent workforce
solutions across both rail and energy sectors. They demonstrate RTC's
sustained market positioning and operational strength in supporting the
upgrade and maintenance of the UK's critical infrastructure.

As is customary in the industry, and consistent with RTC's other contracts,
these new contract wins are framework contracts with no minimum volumes or
guarantee of revenue.
