RTW Biotech Opportunities Ltd

GBP quote for the share class to cease

RTW Biotech Opportunities Ltd (the "Company"), a London Stock Exchange-listed
investment company focused on identifying transformative assets with high
growth potential across the life sciences sector, today announces that it has
lodged a notification with the London Stock Exchange to cease trading the GBP
quote ("RTWG") of the share class. Effective 11 October 2024, trading in the
Company will be consolidated into the USD line.

The Company emphasises that there has only ever been one share class. RTWG is
a GBP quote for the Company's single USD class. Ceasing trading in RTWG
involves no change to the underlying shareholding.

For brokers and custodians who currently report holdings under the RTWG Sedol
code, they should default to reporting under the RTW Sedol code BKTRRM2.

This change is in recognition of feedback received and with a regard to
providing maximum liquidity to all shareholders and removing any barrier to
entry for prospective shareholders.
