The Company announces that Nicola Blackwood, non-executive director, purchased an aggregate of 23,373 shares in the fourth quarter of 2025. Due to an oversight these purchases were not notified to the Company and therefore not disclosed publicly. As soon as this oversight was identified the situation was rectified immediately Details of the purchases are set out below.
