** A Democratic-led House may increase pressure on the Pentagon's spending plans
** Lockheed Martin LMT.N falls 2.7%, RTX RTX.N declines 2.9% and L3Harris Technologies LHX.N drops 2.1%
** European defence stocks also fall, with the aerospace and defence index .SXPARO down 0.9%
