    ** NZ-based medicinal cannabis co says it has reached an
agreement with Canada's Apollo Green
    ** Says collaboration with Apollo Green enables cultivation
of co's East Coast Tairawhiti strains in Canada
    ** Adds Apollo Green to include co's strains in its genetic
library under deal
    ** Shares hit their highest level since Jan. 22 
    ** RUA down 19.2% YTD, as of last close
