RUA Life Sciences (AIM: RUA), the holding company of a group of medical device businesses focused on the exploitation of the world's leading long-term implantable biostable polymer (Elast-Eon™), announces that it has been notified that Lachlan Smith, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, on 2 May 2025, purchased 20,228 ordinary shares in the Company at 11.86 pence per ordinary share.

Following this purchase, Lachlan Smith is interested in 130,508 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.21 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
