** Shares of UK-based holding co RUA Life Sciences  RUA.L 
up 6.1% at 36.6% 
    ** Says HY sales rose 56% and that trading in H1 2023 has

    ** RUA's HY loss narrows by 15% to 1.1 mln pounds
    ** "Our Biomaterials and Contract Manufacturing businesses
have performed very well over the period, which has further
assisted in the tight control of cash, resulting in a strong
cash position at the end of the half year" - Chairman Bill Brown
    ** Despite the session's gains, stock is still down ~51% YTD
