    ** Co's offering of about 6.9 mln shares of its common stock
priced at $29.00 per share, representing a 9.3% discount to

    ** Expects to raise about $200 million in gross proceeds
from the offering 
    ** Also has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to
purchase up to an additional 1,034,482 shares of its common
stock
    ** The offering is expected to close around March 19
    ** J.P. Morgan, Jefferies and Guggenheim Securities are
acting as joint bookrunning managers for the offering
    ** Up to last close, stock nearly tripled YTD
