** RBRK says it will buy privately held startup Predibase to accelerate agentic AI adoption

** Terms of the deal were undisclosed, but RBRK intends to pay between $100 mln and $500 mln, CNBC reports, citing a person familiar with the matter

** Founded in early 2021, Predibase offers a low‑code, declarative machine-learning platform focused on fine‑tuning and serving open‑source language models

** As of last close, RBRK up ~38% YTD
