** Shares in Northern Data NB2.DE gain 7% in pre-market after video platform Rumble RUM.O said it would buy the German AI cloud company in a roughly $767 million all-stock deal ** Northern Data will delist itself after the completion of the deal, expected in Q2 2026 ** Its shareholders will receive 2.0281 newly-issued Class A shares of Rumble for each share they hold, a 12.99% discount to Northern Data's close on Friday ** Northern Data's stock is down 73% YTD (Reporting by Paolo Laudani) ((Paolo.laudani@thomsonreuters.com))
