Germany's Northern Data says Rumble considering all-share offer
Aug 10 (Reuters) - Germany's Northern Data AG NB2.DE said on Monday it had been informed by U.S.-listed video platform Rumble RUM.O that the company is considering an all-share offer for 100% of Northern Data.
