    - Electric truck maker Nikola  NKLA.O  said it had filed for
Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and would pursue a sale of its
assets, after struggling with high costs and a trucking industry
reluctant to abandon diesel engines.   
    
    - Advertising conglomerate Interpublic  IPG.N  has recently
signed a new annual deal with Elon Musk's social media platform
X for potential client spending.
    
    - Microsoft  MSFT.O  researchers said on Wednesday that they
have created a chip leveraging a new state of matter that would
enable it to build vastly more powerful quantum computers.
    
    -  Coach parent Tapestry  TPR.N  will sell its Stuart
Weitzman brand to Dr Scholl's footwear owner Caleres  CAL.N  
for $105 million in cash, the companies said on Wednesday.
    
    - U.S. President Donald Trump's Trump Media & Technology
Group  DJT.O  and video-sharing platform Rumble  RUM.O  sued a
Brazilian Supreme Court justice over accusations of illegal
censorship on Wednesday.
    
    - Jakob Stausholm, chief executive officer of Rio Tinto
 RIO.AX   RIO.L , the biggest foreign aluminum importer to the
U.S., said on Wednesday that it has contingency plans ready if
President Trump imposes a 25% tariff on steel and aluminum
