The Directors of Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR) announce the appointment of Paul Shackleton to the Board as an Independent Non-executive Director with immediate effect.
The Board welcome the appointment of Paul Shackleton, he is an experienced corporate finance adviser and broker who, since 1996, has specialised in both domestic and international AIM traded small cap stocks. Formerly an Army officer, he began his Capital Markets career with the small cap team at UBS limited and has subsequently worked for a number of other well-known broking firms. Until 2017 he acted in the role of Nominated Adviser to Rurelec.
Simon Morris and Andy Coveney, Directors of Rurelec, said:

Paul Roger Anthony Shackleton (age 52) has no beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company and has held no current or previous directorships/partnerships in the last five years. There are no other disclosures required in relation to Rule 17 or paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
