AGM Results
The Directors of Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR), the electricity utility company focussed on the ownership and operation of power generation plants in Latin America, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held today, Resolutions 1 to 3 were duly passed by shareholders. Resolutions 4 and 5, which relate to the ability of the directors of the Company to issue and allot shares, were defeated.
