U.S. stock index futures advanced on Thursday, a day after the Federal Reserve
left interest rates unchanged and allayed fears around potential rate hikes,
with focus moving to a spate of earnings reports through the day.  .N 
    
    At 7:42 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.41% at 38,226. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were up 0.64% at 5,078.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were
up 0.83% at 17,583.5.
