RWS Holdings plc ("RWS", the "Company"), a global AI solutions company, announces that Benjamin Faes, Chief Executive Officer, has acquired 62,536 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of €0.8787 per Share through the reinvestment of dividend.
