Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

RWS Holdings plc ("the Company"), a unique world-leading provider of
technology-enabled language, content and intellectual property services,
confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September
2022 and Notice of AGM were posted on 26 January 2023.

The AGM will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 22 February 2023 at the offices of CMS
Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London,
EC4N 6AF.
