** Shares of logistics firm Ryder System R.N down about 3% at nearly $193 in morning trading

** Co says CEO Robert Sanchez to retire on March 31, 2026

**  John Diez, currently Ryder's chief operating officer, will step into the CEO role effective March 31, 2026

** Diez previously served as the co's chief financial officer

     ** Sanchez, who has served as CEO since 2013, will transition to the role of executive chair of the board

** Including session's move, shares were up 24.4% YTD
