** Citi sets $217 PT, ~18% higher than last close and now highest among 10 analysts covering the stock, per LSEG data

** Brokerage says the logistics company's tech-enabled services and features driving share gain

** Says price discipline among truck lessors, allowing costs pass-on, and private fleet growth is driving volume

** Previous 9 brokerages also had avg rating of "buy", but their avg PT was about $189 - LSEG data

** As of last close, shares up 17% YTD
