** Shares of Chinese property management service provider
S-Enjoy Service Group Co Ltd  1755.HK  rise 9% to HK$12.16, the
biggest daily percentage gain since Sept 28
    ** Stock on course to snap five straight sessions of losses;
second-biggest percentage gainer in the Hang Seng Composite
Index of properties and construction stocks  .HSCIPC  
    ** Shanghai-based co says director Qi Xiaoming and joint
company secretary You Jianfeng purchased a total of 80,000
shares in the open market at an average price of HK$11.15 each
on Dec 16 
    ** Says Qi and You are confident in the firm's future and
are optimistic about the long-term development of the property

    ** Hang Seng Mainland Properties Index  .HSMPI  slips 0.9%, 
and Hang Seng Composite Index of properties and construction
stocks  .HSCIPC  eases 0.3%
    ** The Hang Seng Composite Index  .HSCI  falls 1.4% and the
benchmark Hang Seng Index  .HSI  declines 1.3%
    ** Stock had fallen 37.2% this year, as of last close
