Transaction in Own Shares

 

The Company announces today it has purchased the following number of its
ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Investec Bank plc
in the period from 2nd April 2026 to 8th April 2026.

made by the Investec Bank on behalf of the Company as part of the buyback
