     • Annual Report and Financial Statements 2022 (the "2022 Annual
       Report"); and
     • Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM Notice") to be
       held in London on 19 April 2023; and

   In accordance with Listing  Rule 9.6.1, copies of  the 2022 Annual  Report
   and the AGM Notice have been  submitted to the National Storage  Mechanism
   and     will     shortly     be      available     for     viewing      at
