S & U PLC ("S&U" or "the Company")

Director/PDMR Shareholding

S&U plc announces that it has received notice that Anthony Coombs,
Chairman of the Company, has sold 6,500 ordinary shares, into his personal
Self Invested Pension Plan managed by Brown Shipley.

 

·      Anthony Coombs' beneficial holdings in the Company remain
unchanged at 1,211,809 ordinary shares.
