Result of AGM

 

S&U plc, the specialist motor and property bridging finance lender, is
pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier
today, 26 May 2022, all resolutions were duly passed.

The full AGM voting results have been uploaded to the AGM 2022 section of
S&U's investor website www.suplc.co.uk (http://www.suplc.co.uk)

The full text of all the resolutions can be found in the Notice of Annual
General Meeting 2022, dated 26 April 2022, a copy of which is also available
