** Shares of S&W Seed Co  SANW.N  fall as much as 10% to 65
cents 
    ** Stock last down ~3%, on course to break a two-day gaining
streak
    ** Company posts Q4 revenue of $20 mln, compared with $22.8
mln, a year earlier
    ** Q4 net loss widens to $12.9 mln, or 31 cents per share,
from $1.7 mln, or 5 cents, a year earlier
    ** SANW expects fiscal 2023 revenue to be within a range of
$80 mln to $92 mln
    ** Stock has fallen ~74% this year
