Revised Date for Summit and Reception for South Korean Delegation

Sabien Technology Group plc (AIM:SNT), the company focused on a green
aggregation strategy, announced on 16 August 2022 that it would be hosting an
executive level delegation from its Korean partner, City Oil Field ("COF") and
from Korean Environmental Corp., a quasi-governmental organisation affiliated
to the Korean Ministry of Environment. This program included a Trade Summit
and Reception, hosted by Sabien, which was to be held in Westminster on 19
September 2022, in addition to meetings with significant investors,
parliamentarians, and UK Environment Agency officials.

Following the sad events of last week, and with the event having initially
planned to take place on the day of Her Majesty the Queen's funeral, this has
been postponed.  The event will now take place on Monday 24 October at One
Birdcage Walk, Westminster SW1, home of the Institution of Mechanical
Engineers at 2pm.

on the death of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. Like the majority of the

our late Monarch in the week commencing 19(th) September 2022. Accordingly, we
have postponed our planned summit until a more suitable date in October."
