Sabien Technology Group plc (AIM: SNT), the company focused on a green
aggregation strategy, has been informed that, Bruce Malcolm Gordon, who is a
person closely associated with the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, Ed

("Shares") at an aggregated price of 8.5p.
