Director/PDMR/PCA Shareholding

 

Sabien Technology Group plc (AIM:SNT), the company focused on a green
aggregation strategy, announces that that Richard Parris, Executive Chairman
and CEO of Sabien, has undertaken "Bed and ISA" transactions involving 313,000
ordinary shares of 3 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  This
involved the sale of 313,000 Ordinary Shares held by Mr Parris and the
simultaneous purchase of 156,500 Ordinary Shares in Individual Savings
Accounts ("ISA") held by both Mr Parris and his wife.

 

Following the transactions, Richard Parris' interest remains unchanged at
5,081,459 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 21.91% of the Company's
issued share capital, including shares held by Persons Closely Associated.
