("Sabien" or the "Company")

 

Director/PDMR/PCA Shareholding

 

Sabien Technology Group plc (AIM:SNT), the company focused on a green
aggregation strategy, has been notified that Richard Parris, Executive
Chairman and CEO of Sabien, has purchased 621,500 ordinary shares of 3 pence
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The price of each purchase is
outlined below.

 

Following this purchase, Richard Parris holds 5,702,959 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 24.13% of the Company's issued share capital,
including shares held by Persons Closely Associated with him.
