M2G Rollout in US

Sabien Technology Group plc (AIM:SNT), the company focused on a green
aggregation strategy, is pleased to announce the rollout of its M2G
Cloud-enabled gas boiler energy saving solution in the United States.

In October 2023, Sabien's Chairman, Richard Parris, will meet Frank Salensky.
CEO, Greffen Systems Inc. ("Greffen"), in Houston, Texas, commencing a program
which will see Greffen becoming Sabien's first US installation partner for M2G
Cloud-enabled solutions.

Greffen is currently installing traditional M2G solutions across school
districts within the state of Texas and in all sectors within North America.
Separately, Greffen's team will accompany Sabien engineers on the first campus
installation of the M2G Cloud solution, for a major Texas-based oil and gas
company. This customer was secured through Sabien's recent partnership with a
global US-listed property management company.

It is expected that additional revenue generated from these relationships will
be at least £100,000 in the current financial year. In the longer term,
Sabien believes that the M2G Cloud is ideally suited to the US market and that
the US has the potential to become a dominant sales region for its products.

Richard Parris, Sabien Chairman, said, "I am excited to meet our US partners
in what is arguably the energy capital of the world. The US is a market I know
well, and I believe our newly developed cloud-enabled boiler efficiency and
monitoring solutions are exactly what the US property management industry is
looking for to save gas consumption, reduce operating costs, lower CO2
emissions, and offer better service levels to estate owners and operators."

Frank Salensky, Greffen Systems CEO, said, "I am pleased to meet Sabien's
executive team here in Houston and welcome Sabien's commitment to Greffen and
the US market. We have enjoyed commercial success with M2G over a number of
years, but the addition of cloud connectivity will provide significant
additional benefits for our clients. The new M2G Cloud solution is the
game-changer we have been waiting for, and we expect to see a significant
increase in sales almost immediately."

Danny Mills, Sabien Inc. President, said, "M2G Cloud's ability to remotely
monitor geographically dispersed commercial boiler infrastructure from a cloud
dashboard and demonstrate savings of 10%-25% in energy consumption and carbon
emissions in real-time is a big win-win for building owners, occupiers, and
property managers across the US. An industry-unique analytical insight into
plant and controls performance allows clients to further enhance delivery
ahead of the savings M2G Cloud is producing. By collaborating with large real
estate service companies, we expect rapid penetration into large metropolitan
areas such as NYC, Houston, and Chicago."
