Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Sabien (AIM: SNT), a provider of CO₂ and energy-reduction technologies with its core M2G intelligent boiler optimisation solution, announces that it was informed on 9 February 2026 that Richard Parris, executive chairman and CEO of the Company, transferred 187,000 ordinary shares of 3 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into his ISA on 6 February 2026 at a sale price of 6.6 pence per Ordinary Share and a purchase price of 6.616 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

The Company was also notified that Richard Parris has transferred 1,506,459 Ordinary Shares that he held directly to Parris Group Limited, a Persons Closely Associated with him.

 

Following these transactions, Richard Parris' beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 7,140,175 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 26.65 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
