Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading
private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 21
March 2024 that Bryan Joseph, Non-executive Director, purchased 3,000 Ordinary
Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company, at an average price of
177.59 pence per Ordinary Share on 20 March 2024.

 

Following the transaction, Mr Joseph confirms that he holds 9,105 Ordinary
Shares in the Company, representing 0.004 percent of the Company's issued
share capital.
