Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading
private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 30
August 2024 that Bryan Joseph, Non-executive Director, purchased 32,796
Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company, at an average
price of 151.69 pence per Ordinary Share on 29 August 2024.

 

Following the transaction, Mr Joseph confirms that he holds 57,561 Ordinary
Shares in the Company, representing 0.023 percent of the Company's issued
share capital.
