Notification of transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial

Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading
private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 20
March 2025 that Geoff Carter, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 3,805
Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company at an average
price of 131.40 pence per Ordinary Share on 20 March 2025.

 

Following the transaction, Mr and Mrs Carter confirm they hold 1,723,519
Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.69 percent of the Company's
issued share capital.

 

Further details of the Transaction are set out below and in the attached
notification as required by the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
