Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading
private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 26
March 2025 that Ian Chapple, Non-executive Director and Mrs Chapple purchased
15,611 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company, at an
average price of 127.39 pence per Ordinary Share on 26 March 2025.

 

Following the transaction, Mr Chapple and Mrs Chapple confirm they hold 15,611
Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.006 percent of the Company's
issued share capital.
