Sabre Insurance Group plc ("Sabre" or the "Company")
Notification of transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons
Sabre announces that the following transactions were undertaken by Directors
and PDMRs in the ordinary shares of the Company on 8 April 2026, in connection
with the maturity of the awards granted in 2024 under Sabre's 2017 Deferred
Bonus Plan ("DBP").
Each Director or PDMR deferred half of their annual bonus from the financial
year ended 31 December 2023 into the DBP. The deferred bonus was used to
purchase shares in the Company at a price of 176.2 pence per share ("DBP award
shares"), which were then held in the Employee Benefit Trust for a two-year
deferral period. No performance conditions are attached to the DBP award
shares.
