Notification of cyber incident

 

Sabre Insurance Group plc ('Sabre' or the 'Company') confirms that on 16
November 2023 it was subject to a cyber-attack. The Company's IT security
controls worked promptly and effectively, meaning we believe the attack was
contained before the attacker was able to access any sensitive areas of our
systems. Our retained IT security partner assisted with the management,
assessment and resolution of the attack.

 

Due to the effective segregation of the Company's systems, customers have
continued to be able to make changes to existing policies, report claims and
buy new policies securely.

 

We do not believe any sensitive customer data has been accessed or that there
will be any material financial impact as a result of this incident.
