Panama hails win in Sacyr arbitration case
PANAMA CITY, Oct 31 (Reuters) - Panama won an international arbitration case filed by Spanish construction firm Sacyr SCYR.MC as part of a dispute over an expansion project of the Panama Canal, the government said on Friday.
