Jan 9 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be
affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Thursday.

SACYR SCYR.MC
Sacyr said on Wednesday it started the execution of a scrip
dividend by means of a capital increase of up to 19.5 million
euros.
NUEVA EXPRESION TEXTIL NXTE.MC
Nextil said on Wednesday it signed an agreement with Xain to
create NextXain, which will be 51% owned by Nextil.
BBVA BBVA.MC
In a filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
(SEC), BBVA warned Donald Trump's election may lead to higher
risks to its business in Mexico, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias
reported on Thursday.
FLUIDRA FLUI.MC
The Puig family has acquired more than 1 million shares of
Fluidra worth 22.9 million euros since June and is now the third
largest shareholder of the company, Spanish newspaper El
Economista reported on Thursday.
CAIXABANK CABK.MC
Citigroup raised its target price to 7.80 euros from 6.80
euros.
AMADEUS AMA.MC
HSBC upgraded the company to "buy" from "hold" and raised
its target price to 82 euros from 70 euros.
