Director Appointment

 

Further to the Company's announcement on 10 February 2022, Safestay (AIM:
SSTY), the owner and operator of an international brand of contemporary
hostels, confirms the appointment of Paul Hingston, who today joins the Board
of Directors and assumes the position of Chief Financial Officer.

Further Information: Disclosure required pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g)
of the AIM Rules for Companies:

The names of all companies and partnerships of which Paul Hingston, aged 56,
has been a director or partner at any time in the previous five years are set
