Response to Share Price Movement

 

Safestay (AIM: SSTY), one of Europe's largest hostel groups, notes the recent
speculation and share price movement and confirms that it is considering the
conditional sale of the freeholds of certain UK assets (the "Disposal"). The
Company does not currently anticipate operational or headcount changes arising
from any such freehold disposal.

 

Safestay shareholders should note that there can be no certainty that the
Disposal will proceed and therefore they are advised to take no action.
Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
