CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP OF SAFESTORE HOLDINGS PLC

 

 

 

Safestore Holdings plc today announces that the Board has decided to rebalance the non-executive composition of its committees to distribute the responsibilities and time commitment more evenly. Consequently, Gert van de Weerdhof will step down from the Nomination Committee. Laure Duhot will be appointed to the Nomination Committee. Delphine Mousseau will be appointed to the Audit Committee.

 

Following the change noted above, the membership of the Board's Committees are as follows:
