Director/PDMR Shareholding
Safestore Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 1p shares undertaken by directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility:
- Exercise by Frederic Vecchioli of 198,857 2009 Performance Share Plan (PSP) shares and the subsequent sale of 93,747 shares to cover the tax and NI liability.
- Exercise by Andy Jones of 165,943 2009 Performance Share Plan (PSP) shares and the subsequent sale of 78,243 shares to cover the tax and NI liability. 
The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
