Total Voting Rights and Capital
The following notification is made in conformity with the UK Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R. 
As at 29th September 2017, the Company's issued and fully paid share capital consists of 209,438,222 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 209,438,222.
The above figure of 209,438,222 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Safestore Holding plc under the FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
