Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Safestyle UK plc, the leading UK-focused retailer and manufacturer of PVCu
replacement windows and doors for the homeowner market, announces that the
Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 1 January 2023 ('Financial Year
2022') and the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') have been posted
to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies.

 

The AGM will be held at 10:00am on 18 May 2023 at FTI Consulting, 200
Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HD.
