Safestyle UK plc, the leading retailer and manufacturer of PVCu replacement windows and doors to the UK homeowner market, announces that, pursuant to the Placing described in the announcement dated 7 April 2020 and titled "Proposed Conditional Placing to raise £8.5 million", the following Directors have purchased, in aggregate, 619,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 17 pence per Ordinary Share.
