Safestyle UK plc (AIM: SFE), the leading UK-focused retailer and manufacturer
of PVCu replacement windows and doors for the homeowner market, announces that
Julia Porter, Non-Executive Director, bought 50,000 ordinary shares of £0.01
each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 26.5753 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Julia Porter and her closely associated persons
are beneficially interested in 88,671 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
